At True Psychotherapy, my approach is unique because I offer a holistic and integrative model, tailored to each individual’s needs. Combining evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based practices, I aim to treat not just the mind but the whole person—body, emotions, and spirit. I specialize in helping those experiencing relationship challenges, self-loss, trauma, and self-esteem issues, empowering our clients to reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is client-centered and creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing, growth, and transformation.
